The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website. The term "Plone" refers to Plone Content management system, whos web address is http://plone.org and is registered trademark of the Plone Foundation

If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Web Couturier?s relationship with you in relation to this website. Your purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. License for Web Couturier Plone themes

   This website and its content is copyright of Denis Mishunov and his project "Web Couturier". All rights reserved.

   Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the Plone themes sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by Web Couturier.

   Limited Usage Granted

   You may use each individual theme on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same theme once more in order to make another project with the same design.

   Imagery, styles, page templates, scripts and other parts of the themes

   All imagery, styles, page templates, scripts and other sources used in our themes are royalty-free and are the integral part of our Plone themes. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, styles, page templates, scripts and other sources only as a part of the website you build using your purchased Plone theme. You can use imagery, styles, page templates, scripts and other sources to develop one project only. You are not allowed to use or distribute any part of Plone theme purchased from this website separately.

   Modifications

   You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to Plone themes purchased on this site to fit your purposes. Web Couturier does not provide free service in Plone themes modifications. The only one exception is Unique purchase of Plone theme, when you can use 10h of free Web Couturier support to make modifications to Plone theme you have purchased.

   Copyright information in purchased Plone themes

   All Plone themes on this website contain Web Couturier copyright information. You may not remove this or make invisible by any means when purchasing a theme with Regular price in "Boutique" section of this site. At the same time you are allowed to remove that copyright information when

   • purchasing Plone theme from this site with Unique price in "Boutique" section;
   • ordering unique design development in "Atelier" section

   Keeping Web Couturier copyright information in these two cases is not mandatory. However we would be more than happy if you would like to promote the benefit you received from our project to others.

   Unauthorized use

   You may not place any of our Plone theme, or it's part, modified or not modified, to a local hard disk, CD, DVD website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Web Couturier.

   Ownership

   You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our Plone themes, modified or unmodified. Neither to Plone themes purchased in "Boutique" section nor purchased as exclusive design services in "Atelier" section of this site. All products are property of the Web Couturier project and Denis Mishunov, as the owner of the project.

   Order Information Disclosure

   You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.

   The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
   • All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.
   • Unauthorized use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
   • From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
   • Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Ukraine.

4. Refund Policy

   Once you have purchased and downloaded a Plone theme from Web Couturier website we cannot offer a refund, which you are held responsible for understanding upon purchase of a Plone theme. The reason for this policy is that Web Couturier provides non-tangible irrevocable goods. Please make sure you have carefully read information about the Plone theme you are going to purchase. The only one exception with this policy can be made when description for Plone theme purchased does not reflect reality. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you on original paper but not electronic means. This is a required condition. Any problem found in purchased theme can not be reason for refund in case you are using it in environment (Plone version, browser and so on) other than listed on Plone theme's description page. All refund requests are accepted within 1 week after purchase. Requests, that were not done within this term will not be satisfied.

Web Couturier reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
