Web Couturier does it's best to provide as much information about the themes as possible for people who are going to buy one. We have added more screenshots to the theme's view. More screenshots provide you with better understanding of theme's behavior for sure. But it's obvious that screenshots can't provide you with real impression you get from the live theme. That's why we have set the test instance where we are able to install any Plone 3 theme if you need to see it in action.
