- What is the Plone theme?
- Plone theme is the piece of software, previously called "skin" in Plone community. This is some kind of plugin for Plone, that makes your Plone project look different from standard Plone's interface.
- Why do I need to pay with 2checkout service? Is there any other alternative?
- Wire transfer might be another alternative payment we can accept. But this way of purchasing is much slower than purchasing with 2checkout. If you want to pay with wire transfer anyway, please contact us.
- Is it possible to see ready-to-use themes from Boutique section in action?
- Yes, it is possible. We do our best to provide potential customers with as much information about themes as possible before they pay. Thus we provide a number of screenshots for each theme that already give some impression about the theme. But if this is not enough for you, you can email us and we will install the theme you are interested in to our test instance. In this case you will see the working site with the theme you have chosen. This will help you to have the final impression about the theme before you buy it.
- I use a super-duper-fancy browser for 10 years already. Will Web Couturier's theme work in it?
- You can find out what browsers are supported by any particular theme on the theme's page. There is a "Tested browsers" row in "Theme details" table. That information will tell you what browsers are supported for sure. This doesn't mean the theme looks horrible in everything else. It just means we didn't test the theme in other browsers and we can't accept any bug report from those not-tested browsers.
- What if I have found a bug in your Plone theme?
- Report and if the bug is really in our Plone theme we will fix it for free.
